The related arts team at CVES recently was recognized by Mr. Hixon and central office staff with "Dream Team" awards.
They were nominated for their commitment to improving our chronic absenteeism numbers at CVES. This team is always willing to help out whenever and wherever they are needed!

Carter's Valley Elementary School celebrated our wonderful Food Service staff Thursday 🏴☠️ style. These ladies are up before the sun to ensure our students get a hot healthy breakfast and turn right around and serve up a wonderful lunch. They were given pirate gear consisting of eye patches, hats, and jewels. They were given a take out lunch with a special table just for them, had their names on the marquee, and were given posters of thanks. They also had a goodie bag with candy jewels, water, a notepad and pen, and a candy bar. We appreciate their hard work and love for the kids each and every day!
